Nice little.olace would be 5 out of 5 stars if they held consistent business hours during the summer months! I live three blocks from Hope Cones and maybe 2 out of 5 times my grandkids and I find the.open. great service, food is good enough for an ice cream shop and prices are reasonable but they are hardly ever open.

I grew up in Hopkins and remember going to Hop Cones as a kid. After leaving for many years, I began to wonder if it was really that good or if I had hyped it up in my mind since it was my childhood go-to. Well, I've returned after 20ish years and I'm sure it's probably changed ownership or management, but it is even better than I remember. It has gone from my childhood go-to to my adulthood go-to.

On fathers day 3 cars full of us pulled up. Just after close. They were willing to reopen to take our orders. Awesome helpful and generous! Everything looked as good as it tasted. I love the name!
